Enmoladas

Most Mexican foodies prefer either the delicious black poblano mole or the Oaxacan version of this complex and delicious sauce. Here at luchador we are also torn between these amazing sauces so we decided to put both of them on our menu. We like ours presented in an enmolada. An enchilada type of dish topped wit these amazing sauces, cream and Cotija cheese choose polanas, oaxaquenas or choose both in your plate and you decide what your favorite is
